National Children’s Alliance (NCA) is accepting proposals from qualified managed IT service providers for a co-managed information technology services engagement. NCA welcomes proposals from all qualified firms.

 

About NCA. National Children’s Alliance is the national accrediting body and membership organization for Children’s Advocacy Centers across the United States. We are a federally funded nonprofit with an approximately 50-person, fully remote, cloud-first workforce.

 

About this opportunity. NCA is seeking a co-managed IT partner to work alongside our internal technology staff — providing day-to-day end-user support, 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and response, endpoint and identity management, Microsoft 365 administration, data backup, and strategic technology advisory. Who should respond. Managed service providers with experience supporting remote-first and/or nonprofit and federally funded organizations, and demonstrated depth in the Microsoft 365 environment.

How to submit. Email your complete proposal to with the subject line “NCA-IT-2026-01 — Co-Managed IT Proposal — [Your Firm Name]” no later than Monday, August 3, 2026, 5:00 PM ET. Proposals must include the items specified in the RFP, including the completed response forms (Attachments A and B), pricing, your proposed master services agreement, SOC 2 report, references, certificate of insurance, and SAM.gov Unique Entity ID.
