Baltimore Child Abuse Center to Receive Governor’s Victims Assistance Award

The Maryland State Board of Victim Services has selected Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC) as a 2014 recipient of a Governor’s Victims Assistance Award. The award recognizes outstanding work done in the area of victim advocacy & services that exceed expected work responsibilities. Awardees exemplify a high level of commitment and dedication to the field of victims’ rights & services and to the victims themselves.
Executive Director, Adam Rosenberg says, “BCAC is extremely honored to be recognized as a leader in assisting victims. Our team goes above and beyond every day to give child victims of abuse a voice.”
BCAC will be honored at the Governor’s Victims Assistance Award Luncheon, which will take place Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm at La Fontaine Bleue (7514 Ritchie Hwy., Glen Burnie, MD 21061.)
