Note the accreditation fee structure is as follows:
| Programs/CACs with annual budgets less than $1 million | $3000 |
| Programs/CACs with annual budgets of $1 million to $2 million | $4000 |
| Programs/CACs with annual budgets in excess of $2 million | $5000 |
