Formed in 1988, NCA has been providing support, technical assistance, and quality assurance for CACs, while serving as a voice for abused children for more than 30 years. NCAtrak Product Manager

The NCAtrak Product Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, upkeep, and advancement of NCAtrak and its associated systems, ensuring prompt resolution of any technical issues detected. They will oversee all phases of NCAtrak development projects, from initial planning and budgeting to eventual deployment, and handle all interactions with NCAtrak contractors, vendors, and collaborators. Additionally, they devise marketing and business plans to enhance NCAtrak’s visibility and attract more subscribers.

Program Associate, Grants Management

The Program Associate, Grants Management is responsible for administering and overseeing the assigned grant portfolio and provides full scope of programmatic and fiscal assistance to the NCA sub awardees.  The position works cooperatively with the staff in the Grants Management Department, as well as other NCA personnel and will report to a Senior Program Associate, Grants Management.
