Regional Children’s Advocacy Center Project Director

This position is for the Project Director of the Northeast Regional Children’s Advocacy Center, a program of Philadelphia Children’s Alliance. The position provides management of the RCAC serving the nine states in the northeast region providing training and technical assistance to MDTs, CACs and Chapter organizations. The PD is responsible for all aspects of grant management, reporting and deliverables as outlined in yearly grant submissions funded by the US Dept. of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Staff supervision includes three Outreach Coordinators and an Administrative Training and Resource Coordinator. Significant travel is required both regionally and nationally.The successful candidate should have extensive experience in providing training and TA in the development and sustainability of MDTs and CACs, personnel management and grant management experience. Creativity, perserverance and ability to multi-task are essential. Candidate should possess excellent teaching skills, relationship development and energy to thrive in a fast paced environment. The Project Director is an employee of Philadelphia Children’s Alliance but residency in Philadelphia is not required. Regional residency or relocation is required.
