What is National Children’s Alliance?
National Children’s Alliance (NCA) is the national association and accrediting body for Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) and state chapters across the United States. NCA provides accreditation, quality assurance, training, technical assistance, mental health resources, research, advocacy and national leadership to strengthen the coordinated response to child abuse. NCA supports a network of 976 Children’s Advocacy Centers serving communities in all 50 states. How does National Children's Alliance support Children's Advocacy Centers?
National Children’s Alliance supports Children’s Advocacy Centers through accreditation and quality assurance, professional training, technical assistance, mental health resources, research and innovation, advocacy, and national leadership. Through federally funded programs, NCA also administers subgrant programs that help CACs and state chapters strengthen services and capacity in their communities. Together, these efforts help CACs provide coordinated, evidence-based responses to children and families affected by abuse. What is the impact of National Children’s Alliance and Children’s Advocacy Centers?
National Children’s Alliance strengthens a nationwide network of Children’s Advocacy Centers that served 365,140 children in the most recent reporting year. CACs also provided child abuse prevention education to more than 2.5 million people. Can I make a donor-advised fund gift to National Children’s Alliance?
Yes. You can recommend a grant to National Children’s Alliance from your donor-advised fund (DAF). NCA accepts DAF gifts through DAFpay, making it easy to recommend a grant directly through our online donation form.

Can I get a donation receipt for tax purposes?
Upon receipt of your donation, NCA will send a receipt to the email address you provided, as well as an annual contribution summary each January.

How do I donate through workplace giving or an employee match program?
Many employers offer workplace giving and employee matching gift programs that can help you increase the impact of your support for National Children’s Alliance. Your employer may match your charitable contribution or provide another way to give through its workplace giving program.
