Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and leading the Survivor Network digital network program working with internal stakeholders such as Development, Creative, Public Relations, Marketing/Communications, and Programs to provide a strategic marketing campaign for the program; and serves as the Program leader for new and existing program campaigns, creative development and launch/execution This position does not have direct reports.
Essential Functions
Plans and manages Survivor Network program strategy to drives engagement ensuring success of program to include
Development and execution of effective marketing campaigns using engaging and interactive content for the Survivor/Supporter database ensuring effective integrated execution across all consumer touch point
Attracting and engaging Survivors and Survivor Supporters
Ensuring program content quality, clarity and consistent with Childhelp mission, vision, culture by incorporating, solidifying and leveraging brand images in external communications ensuring adherence to brand identity and look and feel
Uses research and consumer insights to develop business and creative briefs
Develops and maintains Survivor/Supporter database
Develops static and interactive content, vetting new and shared content from sources inside and outside the organization
Develops and grows partnership program for organizations and corporate sponsors to include relationships inside and outside the organization
Identifies improvement opportunities, including program network or competitive-insight driven creative and industry trends
Works closely with internal media partners to ensure creative deliverables support media plans
Partners with internal and external creative agencies to develop and produce creative deliverables
Provides consolidated status/reporting throughout the life of each campaign and post-launch analysis
Requirements Education/Experience/Knowledge/Understanding
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in managing a digital network program
Previous experience managing creative process from brief writing through broadcast production
Previous experience working on integrated campaigns
Knowledge of data analytics
Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO/SEM, digital advertising and social media marketing
Understanding of traditional and modern healing methods and techniques of adult learners
