Program Operations Director, CAC Louisiana
PositionThe Director of Program Operations for CAC Louisiana (CACLA) will provide overall leadership for advancing and strengthening the CAC network in Louisiana. The position works closely with the Executive Director, CACLA Program Advisory Council, LAC.org staff, and partners to identify, execute and promote strategies, initiatives, and evidence-based practices in support of the CAC mission and role. Activities are in support of local CAC compliance with all applicable standards and laws.QualificationsGraduate level degree and a minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience required. Significant professional experience may substitute for educational requirements. Ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of the CAC model as well as experience working with multiple disciplines and stakeholders in collaborative child and family advocacy models. Additionally, preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate public policy and community outreach competency.
