A Video Training Series

Successful Management of a Nonprofit Organization video series has been developed as part of the Chapter Collaborative Work Group at the National Children’s Alliance.  It is a comprehensive look at the many different aspects of running a non-profit organization through 5 different modules.  The modules include:  Leadership and Management, Financial Stability and Sustainability, Board of Directors, Marketing and Public Policy, Membership Value Creation.  Each module runs 40 minutes or less and come with discussion questions for viewers to consider and reflect upon.  This can be done independently or as a group.  Additionally, the modules each come with links to the NCA website as well as some sample documents related to the topic.
